Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on the Lucionus storefront, operated by Visionize LLC, a New Mexico limited liability company doing business as Lucionus. Beats and licenses sold on the Service are digital goods that can be downloaded and copied immediately upon delivery. By purchasing, you acknowledge that all sales are final once the license file has been delivered, except in the limited circumstances described below or where required by applicable law.
1. When refunds are issued
Visionize LLC will consider refund requests in the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charge. You were charged more than once for the same order.
- Billing error. The amount charged does not match the price displayed at checkout, and the difference is not attributable to taxes or currency conversion.
- Non-delivery. Your license certificate or beat files were not delivered within seventy-two (72) hours of payment, and our support team cannot deliver them after a good-faith attempt.
- Defective file. The audio files you purchased are technically corrupted or unplayable on a standard audio player, and we cannot supply a working replacement within seventy-two (72) hours of your report.
- Mistaken purchase, unused. You request a refund within seventy-two (72) hours of purchase, you have not downloaded the audio files, and you have not used the beat in any release, video, advertisement, or commercial activity.
Refunds are issued at our reasonable discretion and processed to the original payment method.
2. When refunds are not issued
The following circumstances generally do not qualify for a refund:
- You changed your mind after downloading the beat;
- You decided you preferred a different beat or different license tier after purchasing (we may, at our discretion, apply the original payment toward a different beat or upgrade tier);
- The beat does not match a creative outcome you imagined that was not described in the listing;
- You no longer have access to the device or account where you originally received the files (we will re-deliver to the original purchase email);
- You used the beat (in whole or in part) in a release, video, advertisement, or commercial post and later wish to "return" the license.
3. License upgrades and credits
If you purchased a non-exclusive license and later want to upgrade to a higher tier or to an Exclusive License for the same beat, we may credit the amount you previously paid toward the upgrade, at our discretion and provided the higher tier is still available for that beat.
4. How to request a refund
Email chandrachudgowda@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:
- The email address used at checkout;
- The order ID or transaction ID;
- The beat title and license tier;
- A short description of the reason for the request.
We aim to respond within two (2) to three (3) business days. Approved refunds are typically processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days, plus any time your bank or payment provider takes to post the refund (usually three to five additional business days).
5. Effect of a refund on your license
If a refund is issued, the corresponding license is automatically and immediately revoked. You agree to delete the audio files and any derivatives, take down or remove from public distribution any release that incorporates the beat, and stop any commercial use. Continuing to use a beat after a refund has been issued is copyright infringement.
6. Chargebacks
If you have a billing dispute, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your account and revocation of any licenses you previously purchased pending resolution. Visionize LLC reserves the right to dispute chargebacks that conflict with this Policy.
7. EU/UK consumer rights
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the United Kingdom, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital-goods purchase within fourteen (14) days of purchase. By starting the download of a beat or by clicking through to deliver the license certificate, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal may be lost once delivery has begun. To exercise your withdrawal right before delivery, email chandrachudgowda@gmail.com with the subject "Withdrawal" and include your order ID.
8. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase governs that purchase.
